Membership Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1st June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the Ace Reuse Recycling Membership Card (“Membership”). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Ace Reuse Recycling Ltd (“Ace Reuse Recycling. We operates a membership scheme providing members with access to exclusive benefits, discounts, offers, promotions, events, and other services as advertised from time to time.
2. Membership Options
We offer the following membership plans:
• Monthly Membership: £10.00 per month
• Annual Membership: £50.00 per year
3. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include:
• Access to exclusive discounts on purchases.
• Member-only offers and promotions
• Priority access to selected services or events
• Additional benefits as advertised
Benefits may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice where changes significantly affect your Membership.
4. Payment
4.1 Membership fees must be paid in advance.
4.2 Monthly memberships are billed every month until cancelled and must be renewed in store.
4.3 Annual memberships are billed annually until cancelled. Must be renewed in store.
4.4 Payments are processed in store.
4.5 If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate Membership until payment is successfully received.
5.1 Memberships are not automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
5.3 We will provide renewal reminders where required by applicable law.
6. Consumer Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
6.1 If you purchase your Membership by telephone, or by other distance means, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days from the date your Membership begins without giving a reason.
6.2 To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us by email, post, or another clear written method before the 14-day period expires.
6.3 If you request immediate access to Membership benefits during the cooling-off period and then cancel, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting any benefits or services already provided, where permitted by law.
7. Cancelling Your Membership
7.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time.
7.2 Monthly Membership:
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period.
• No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
7.3 Annual Membership:
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual membership period.
• Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7.4 Cancellation must be simple and accessible through:
• Email
• Written request
• Online account (where available)
8. Refunds
8.1 Refunds are only available:
• During the statutory cooling-off period;
• Where required by law;
• Where we determine, at our discretion, that exceptional circumstances apply.
8.2 No refunds are available for unused Membership periods after the cooling-off period has expired.
9. Member Responsibilities
Members agree:
• To provide accurate information.
• Not to misuse Membership benefits.
• Not to transfer Membership to another person unless expressly authorised by us.
• To comply with any site rules, health and safety requirements, and reasonable instructions from staff.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate Membership immediately if:
• Membership fees remain unpaid.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• A member abuses Membership benefits.
• A member engages in unlawful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
No refund will be due where Membership is terminated for breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to Membership or Pricing
11.1 We may change Membership benefits, fees, or these Terms from time to time.
11.2 We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any increase in Membership fees.
11.3 If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel before the changes take effect.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising from Membership shall not exceed the amount paid by the member during the previous 12 months.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

To cancel your Membership, please contact us using the details above and provide:
• Your full name
• Membership number (if applicable)
• Contact details
• A clear statement that you wish to cancel your Membership
